We make every custom pet blind box with care, patience, and attention to detail.
Here’s how the process works from order to delivery:
Step 1｜Place Your Order
Once your order is placed, please leave a valid email address at checkout.
All communication and confirmations will be handled via email.
Step 2｜Send Us Your Pet Photos
After ordering, we’ll contact you by email and ask you to send 3 clear photos of your pet:

Clear lighting and details
These photos help us capture your pet’s unique features as accurately as possible.
Step 3｜First 3D Model Preview
Based on your photos, we’ll create the first version of the original 3D model and send it to you by email for review.
You’ll have up to 3 revision opportunities to adjust details such as shape, facial features, or posture.
Step 4｜Final Confirmation & Production
Once the final version is confirmed, we begin official production.
⏳ Production time: approximately 10–15 days
Each piece is carefully crafted and refined to match your pet as closely as possible.
Step 5｜Final Check & Shipping
After production, we’ll email you the final result for confirmation.
Once approved, your blind box will be carefully packed and shipped.
