Mirrodoll Kig are custom-made products, and follow a two-part payment process: deposit + final balance.
Customers must contact customer service or submit a custom form to confirm the character and receive a price quote.
Orders placed without prior communication will be considered invalid and will not enter the production queue. -
The mask is made from resin and paint craftsmanship.
Please avoid direct sunlight and contact with corrosive liquids.
For cleaning, do not touch the makeup directly; use the cleaning kit and lightly dab with water if needed. -
Masks are equipped with reserved viewports, but partial visual obstruction is unavoidable.
Please maintain a safe environment while wearing and be cautious of your surroundings. -
After placing an order, the production timeline will be communicated based on the current schedule.
Production duration may vary due to weather or holidays.
No refunds will be accepted for any reason during the production period. -
Since the mask is a custom, close-contact item, it is not eligible for 7-day unconditional returns.
Returns for subjective reasons (e.g., “different from expectations” or “misread specifications”) will not be accepted.
Due to the handcrafted nature of the product, minor imperfections such as light marks or small paint irregularities may exist but do not affect appearance on camera.

Upon receiving your order, please record an unboxing video.
If there is any oversight or shipping damage, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. -
